BELOW IS A LIST OF DOCUMENTS AND EVIDNCE THAT IS REQUIRED TO IMPORT INTO THE ROI, ALONG WITH DOCUMENTS FOR YOU TO DOWNLOAD, COMPLETE AND RETURN TO US.

THE TIME IT TAKES TO DELIVER YOUR GOODS WILL BE SUBJECT TO HOW LONG IT TAKES TO SUBMIT ALL OF THE BELOW INFORMATION AND FOR IRISH CUSTOMS TO APPROVE.

Criteria:

- You must be importing your goods within 12 months of arriving into Ireland

- You must have resided abroad for a minimum of 12 months if you are a returning citizen / or taking up residency for the first time.

Documentation Required:

- C&E1076 Signed Customs Forms (DOWNLOAD AT BOTTOM OF PAGE)

(All Pages need to be completed) – New Requirements attached

- T.O.R.1 Form (DOWNLOAD AT BOTTOM OF PAGE)

(Scanned Copy is sufficient)

- Scanned copy of the photo page of your passport

(Scanned Copy is sufficient)

- Documentary evidence that you have resided abroad for at least one year. Old utility bills, bank letters or statements, employers’ letter, property lease documents are all very useful. It is important that we provide several documents to corroborate and support the application. (Min. 4 - ranging in date for a recent bill to one 12 months old)

- Documentary evidence that you are now taking up permanent residence in Ireland. New utility bills, bank letters or statements, employers’ letter, property lease documents, mobile phone set up invoice or letter are all very useful. Again, it is important that we provide several documents. (Min. 4)

- Copy of your flight details into Ireland (an e-mailed version is perfectly fine)

- Employer’s letters should always detail dates of employment or new date of commencement and locations at which the work was / will be carried out.
