Lares Relocation will provide a full professional export packing service (over casing), not above 2nd floor, including supply of all materials, export wrap furniture and larger items with export bubble material, compile descriptive inventory listing of effects, consolidate shipment for groupage shipment and shipment by groupage container service to arrival destination port, including destination port service/terminal handling charges, ISF filing fee (USA), customs and quarantine clearance (but excluding any incidental fees), and one delivery to normal mainland residence (assuming good access and not above first floor level) or store, complete unpacking of furniture items, boxes unpacked to flat surface, positioning of furniture and removal of discarded materials on delivery day.

RATE EXCLUDES

Supply of customs seal, storage at origin or destination, demurrage, detention, shuttle service, elevator surcharge, professional services by tradesmen, assembly of modular furniture, delivery to difficult access or above 1st floor level, delivery of pianos, safes and other large items requiring heavy lifting equipment. Also excluded are import duties, cargo dues, taxes or any sums due to government departments, such as quarantine inspection fees or customs examination fees if incurred, fumigation or steam cleaning if ordered.

RATE INCLUDES 

Lares Relocation Services will provide a basic blanket wrap service, not above 2nd floor, blanket wrapping all furniture and larger items with removal blankets, collection of pre-packed boxed goods, compile descriptive inventory, listing of effects, load into removal vehicle, transport, deliver goods to destination residence with unpacking of boxes to flat surface, unwrapping of furniture from blankets and placement of furniture items in desired rooms.

EXCLUDES 

Unless otherwise stated our charges exclude a full professional domestic carton packing service,  including supply of all materials, Extensive or Brand-New Furniture Assembly, Abnormal Access, Long/ Staircase Carry above 2nd Floor, Shuttle services, Heavy Lifting, Crane or Forklift Service, Re-Delivery, Delivery outside City Limits, Warehouse Storage and Handling, Delivery during Weekends, Public Holidays, Delivery into Attic spaces where normal stairs are not available and Insurance.
