Why have I not had an update?

You will be updated by us at key points whilst we are monitoring and planning your delivery. These are:

We are happy to answer any questions you may have in between updates however as we handle 100s of shippers a day we cannot always pro-actively contact you.

What date will my goods be delivered?

Once your goods clear customs and we get the final release order your shipment is added to the waiting list for dates, as noted this can vary depending on your location but usually within 2 to 4 weeks to be offered however this depends on peak season, the area you are living as more remote areas come up less frequently. In short with a groupage / part-load delivery it is down to as and when we are in your area and at our convenience in order to maintain the charges you have already paid.

What time will my goods be delivered?

Unfortunately due to the nature of delivering multiple shipments in a day, things like traffic and previous deliveries running over estimated times to complete mean that we do not offer time slots. The crew however are instructed to call around an hour before arrival.

Do you assemble shelves and IKEA type furniture?

No. We state this clearly to your origin agents and if you feel this has been agreed as part of your costs please contact them to discuss further. We assemble basic beds & dining tables.

ASSEMBLY - CONTINUED

Bed frames where there are 4 sides to screw together and some slats which can be easily put together in limited time will be assembled as part of your delivery service.

This extends to basic kitchen tables where only 4 legs need to be refitted.

New, IKEA, Flat Pack & Stripped down furniture will not be included as part of your delivery and will require a Handy Man Service which can be provided but will we will need as much notice as possible if required. These types of items when stripped down to nuts and bolts and many, many pieces are time consuming and take away from the delivery service. If you have any Handy Man requirements please

What date will my goods be delivered?

Once your goods clear customs and we get the final release order your shipment is booked for delivery within 5 days of arrival into port so as to avoid port rent and demurrage charges.
