DELIVERY OFFER INFORMATION

Should in the unfortunate case there be damages to the shipment or property on delivery please note on the paperwork and our crew will also take photographs.

Please ensure all paperwork is signed before the crew leaves, especially if any damages have been noted as your packing list and delivery docs will need to be used as part of any insurance claim.

 In the event of a cancellation please note that we require 1 working days’ notice (24 HOURS) in order to avoid late cancellation charges. In addition to these charges, storage fees will apply from the date of your agreed delivery date at £15.00 +VAT per storage vault, per week until delivered.
